About Ndolage Institute of Health Sciences
The Ndolage Institute of Health Sciences, commonly referred to as Chuo cha Afya Ndolage. Ndolage Institute of Health Sciences formerly Ndolage School of Nursing is a non-profitable institution owned by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania-North Western Diocese (ELCT/NWD), fully registered and accredited by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) with Registration number REG/HAS/009. It operates under the guidelines of the Tanzania Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elders, and Children department of human resources development. The school has been conducting a three years diploma course and a two years certificate course in Nursing and Midwifery since it was established in 1954.
