The client seeks to fill the position of a Medical Sales & Marketing Representative forTanzania with a suitably qualified and competent person with extensive experience in medical product sales.
The ideal candidate has primary responsibility to assist in the implementation of medical technology marketing initiatives relating to brand communication, sales and customer experience.
1. Market information collection:
Collect information of Local Health System, competing product details, competitor’s activities, product registration, company registration, bidding announcement, etc. according to Sinocare HQ requirements.
2. Market Promotion:
Employee need to assist Sinocare doing product and market training for agent team. According to the agent and local market needs and referring to the competitive product market plan, communicate with the national manager, formulate the marketing plan, implement the plan together with the agent team, and feedback the results.
3. Agent Development
Employees need to visit potential clients and introduce company & product. Employees are responsible for introducing potential agents to the country manager. A bonus of certain% of the first order will be paid.
4. Product Promoting
Employees need to promote products to pharmacies or sub-dealers or wholesalers, especially to Hospitals directly with the price offer from Sinocare Agents. Work with local agents for public bidding. Certain % of the purchase amount will be paid as commission for the first tender of each client only.

The job holder should have the following qualifications.
1. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or medical fields. Those with a bachelor’s degree will have an added advantage.
2. More than 1 Year Medical product sales experience (Mandatory)
3. Fluent in English.
4. Youngsales and marketing professionals in age bracket 22 to 35 years.
5. Preferable male.
