K’s Royal College of Health Sciences is located in Mbeya town in the South Western Highland Region of Tanzania. It is one among the medical colleges in Tanzania offering CERTIFICATE and DIPLOMA course in CLINICAL MEDICINE. It was a offered a full registration status on the 15th December, 2016 of the Reg No. REG/HAS/135 by the Tanzanian National Council of Technical Education ( NACTE) on provision of medical education on the certificate level ( Clinical Assistant). The school currently enrolls on average 50 students per year but has a capacity of enrolling 75 students per each academic year.
Students enrolled here are secondary school graduates with an average of D and above pass in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English.
The college campus is located on plot no 20 Block U area. The college intends to offer programs in the Health Sciences only. Our range of courses will include, certificate in clinical medicine, diploma in clinical medicine, certificate and diploma in Nursing, diploma in Laboratory Technician, Diploma in Dental Therapy, Certificate in Therapeutic Counseling and other allied sciences. But our main focus for the time being is on the establishment of the Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Medicine. The college will also run several short courses (on job training) courses for the purpose of increasing efficiency at the hospital level.

The ownership of K’s Royal Health College is vested in K’s Royal, a private company, limited by guarantee, having share capital and incorporated in Tanzania, established for the provision of health education services. The company is registered by the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) with the following registration number 95320. It is headed by the Director; currently Mr. Elvis Kamara who is also the chairman in the Board of Directors of the K’s Royal Company Limited and the institution is supervised by the Advisory Board.
