Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Must hold a degree in Education, Public Administration, Records Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in examination administration within a higher education setting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of examination systems and compliance with national bodies like TCU and NACTVET.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in ICT systems, database management, and MS Office for handling academic records.
