On behalf of our national based client Worley, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the following positions:
Commercial and Administration Manager
The Commercial and Administration Manager will be responsible for numerous financial activities in the organization including various planning and control tasks, consolidation, and reporting. He/she will manage a team and will report to the Head of Finance. The Commercial and Administration Manager plays a critical role in implementing and optimizing the group policies and procedures in addition to compliance and taxation, they will manage all aspects of financial performance reporting and commercial finance support activities for EACOP Project in Tanzania; proven experience within EPCM Industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
Degree/Diploma in Accounting /Finance/ qualified accountant or equivalent experience or QBE. 10-15 years’ experience of which 5 years of experience in Management position.
