The Buhemba community development training institute, commonly referred to as BUHEMBA CDTI or Chuo cha Buhemba community development training institute.
Buhemba Community Development Training Institute (Buhemba CDTI) is wholly owned by the Anglican Church of Tanzania (ACT) Diocese of Mara. The Institute was established in 2012 and started its learning and teaching activities on September, 2017 with about 34(14m 16f) students undertaking Certificate in Community Development and currently the Institute has more than 250 students. The Institute is full registered by NACTE (National Council for Technical Education (Tanzania) with the registration number REG/PWF/049.
The Institute is offering Certificate and Diploma in Community Development. Our institute is offering totally unique education which bases on technical knowhow with reference to the present market of such professionals. Our student attends several practical trainings from year one to year three. When students successfully complete this course of Community Development will be employed by government and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Community Based Organization and Faith Based Organization and they will live and work in villages, wards and districts in assisting people in planning and implementing their development plans.
