The Standard Four National Assessment Examination (SFNA) results is the outcome of the Standard Four National Assessment Exams administered by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), the results are generally released by NECTA after the completion of the marking exercise, the results are uploaded online on the NECTA website, categorized by Each region and districts for the public to access them.
