Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree for accounting; Form IV certificate plus relevant Vocational Level III/Grade I certificates for technical and driving roles.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in your specific field within a reputable organization.
- Professional Licensing: Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) for accountants and a valid Class “E” driving license for drivers.
- Technical Standards: Ability to monitor performance and ensure strict compliance with the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2018).
- Compliance: Clean records of professional conduct, such as a clean accident record for drivers and up-to-date tax knowledge for accountants.
