The Matric exams will be completed by the 15th of December which is also the formal end of the academic year. Exam marking will still take place after that but it is expected to be completed by the end of January 2022. The Matric results will then be released on the 21 of February 2022.
Matric Results Limpopo – How do I get Them?
With the Matric Results 2021 Limpopo release date finally here, the last thing you need to worry about is thinking on how to check your results. Below are ways you can access them.
Matric Results Online
If you attend a public or government high school, then your results will be on the Department of Basic Education’s website. You will need the following to log in:
- Exam number
- Home Language
- Your personal details such as name, surname, etc.
If you attend an IEB school, you can access your results on their website. Keep in mind that website traffic will be high on the release date, so expect delayed response times.
Matric Results directly from Your School
A day after the initial results are announced, your school will give you your results. This is not an official matric certificate, it’s your statement of results per subject. You will be able to collect your printed official matric certificate a few months later. Your school will be able to provide you with exact dates.
Matric Results from The Newspaper
The Matric Results 2021 Limpopo will be published in all major daily newspapers on the day that the results are released. It won’t be the full result, just whether or not you passed and what symbol you passed with. For example, B for Bachelor’s Pass, D for Diploma, etc.
Matric Results from Your Cell Phone
You can register with your cell phone to receive your results by using one of two options.
- Via SMS
Send your ID number and exam number to 35658. You will get a confirmation SMS once you have successfully registered. SMSes cost R1.50 and free SMSes don’t apply.
- USSD Service
On the release date:
- Dial *120*35658#
- Answer a few multiple questions.
- Enter your ID number.
- You will then get your matric results per subject
